Regulatory Solutions

Designed and implemented regulatory solutions that enabled traders, sales teams, and relationship managers to evaluate client suitability and meet due diligence obligations, including internal compliance policies, Dodd Frank Act External Business Conduct, FINRA 2111, FINRA 10-41, and ISDA automation targets across the relevant products and business segments.

Global Trade Flow and Automation

Created a new front to back cross asset trade flow that reduced error rates by 65% and provided more than $20MM in cost savings.  This project laid the foundation for subsequent initiatives that connected the global trading hubs with local satellite sites and standardized emerging markets booking models, providing a consolidated view of cross product risk.

Re-Engineering Strategy for Fixed income

Directed the working groups that established program governance and executed the re-engineering strategy of the fixed income trade flow between US customers and global trading affiliates.  This program ended significant operational losses by integrating systems, establishing risk and financial controls, and standardizing procedures that provided the trading desks with transparency over sales activity.  The groups included key decision makers from the emerging markets, rates, and credit trading desks, sales, market risk, product control, compliance, operations, and their respective IT teams in New York, London, and Hong Kong.

Customer Relationship Management

Established the roadmap and business case for the development of a CRM system to facilitate global connectivity and collaboration between sales, research, relationship managers, and client services teams.

Cross Selling Fixed Income Products

Implemented an eTrading strategy that increased revenues 44% by leading a team of senior business, compliance, and IT managers from global markets, private banking, retail banking, and wealth management.  This project enabled traders, financial advisors, and relationship managers to efficiently cross sell fixed income products by integrating a 3rd party platform and improving business processes.
